JOB SUMMARY Salary range: 38.00 - $45.00 per hour. Work location: Hybrid; Vancouver, WA. Holland is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented, analytical professional to join our dedicated and collaborative Marketing team at our corporate office in vibrant downtown Vancouver, Washington. The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and supporting online marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and enhance property performance. This role supports property objectives by successfully executing digital marketing strategies in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values. This individual works independently with moderate decision-making authority. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Develop and analyze digital lead campaigns for active residential communities to optimize lead generation. • Manage and monitor the budget for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with property objectives. • Create and distribute updated digital media content (e.g., photography, videography, 3D tours, etc.) to various marketing sources such as Google, Apple, Bing, Yelp, and third-party advertising partners. • Support the development and enhancement of a robust Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Large Language Model (LLM) strategy to drive qualified traffic to leasing websites. • Manage and maintain leasing website infrastructure and content to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for prospects. • Identify, track, and analyze trends and insights to optimize performance and spend within various markets, providing strategic planning recommendations based on analysis. • Provide reporting and analysis on progress of digital marketing initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Research and stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies. • Evaluate program effectiveness using analytics tools and provide recommendations for optimization on a regular cadence. • Represent Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times. • Perform all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Experience: Three (3) years of experience in digital marketing required, including but not limited to experience managing SEO/SEM campaigns, digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns. Multifamily experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and methods, including but not limited to search engine optimization, performance marketing, digital advertising, and/or social media management. • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic and complex environment. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. • Superior attention to detail on all projects and aesthetics. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proficiency with website analytics tools, including Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Google Analytics 4 strongly preferred. • Demonstrated ability to utilize content management systems. HTML/CSS abilities preferred. • Strong customer service orientation. • Demonstrated ability to build reports and create dashboards. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with Power BI modeling experience preferred. • Ability to take complex information and distill into clear and simple content. • Must be proactive, flexible, responsible, and resourceful. • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility. Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required. This position also requires: • Occasional travel and overnight stays • Ability to lift or move up to twenty (20) pounds. • Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of emergency situations. • Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
