The IT Analyst for Home Health Services plays a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure that enables high-quality care delivery in home-based settings. This position ensures the reliability, security, and usability of hardware and software systems used by clinical and administrative staff, while collaborating with the home health clinical, financial and leadership teams to improve workflows and resolve technical issues. Pay Range: $38,974.80 - $58,456.32 Employment Type: Part Time, 48 hours every 2 weeks Requirements:2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in healthcare or home health settings preferred, Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation required, Familiarity with healthcare software systems and HIPAA compliance required. Hardware Support & Maintenance • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues in both office and remote environments. • Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and warranty claims. • Monitor device performance and proactively address potential failures. Software & Application Support • Provide end-user support for EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and other clinical applications. • Manage software installations, updates, and license/user tracking. • Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize software usage and workflows. • Document and escalate software bugs or feature requests to appropriate teams. • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate improved ease of communication between HHS EMR and other EMR platforms. Network & Security Support • Assist with network connectivity issues in home health offices and remote setups. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal data security protocols. • Monitor system access and report any unauthorized activity. Training, Documentation & Collaboration • Develop and deliver training materials for new technologies and system updates. • Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and support tickets.
