Job description We are currently seeking a warm, caring, and upbeat person who can fulfill the following duties on a PT (25-30 hrs per week) basis: 1. Politely answer phones, schedule, and confirm appointments 2. Dispense supplements and medications per doctor’s orders 3. Greet clients with a smile and friendly demeanor 4. Check clients in and out using practice software and payment processing devices 5. Communicate with clients in other ways such as by email or text (clinic cell phone) 6. Clean rooms, bathroom, and other areas of the clinic 7. Assist with animal restraint when needed 8. Handle, create forms for, and package laboratory samples (gloves provided) 9. Scan, copy, or fax documents to records, clients, or other clinics 10. Be open minded and knowledgeable (through us teaching you) about holistic and integrative medicine. Animal handling experience would be a plus but is not necessary. Computer experience is a must. Experience with some type of credit card processing software/app is desirable. A great attitude and ability to work well as a team are a necessity. Starting rate $18.00 - 20.00/hr depending on experience. Hours needed are Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 pm, Wednesdays 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 pm, and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with possible additional hours 1-2 Thursdays per month.
