Responsibilities • ITOM Consultant responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management. • Collaborates with ITSM and infrastructure teams to maintain accurate CMDB data, automate discovery, and monitor IT operations. • Provides technical guidance, resolves ITOM-related issues, and ensures seamless integration with cloud and on-premise environments. • Supports optimization of operational processes and enhances visibility across IT infrastructure.
