Job Description Holistic Healing Counseling & Wellness Center, a well-established, family-owned mental and behavioral health agency, is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) to join our team and deliver exceptional Telehealth services. We are committed to a holistic approach to quality care, and are searching for a dedicated professional to provide individual, family, and couples therapy. Responsibilities • Conduct mental health assessments, determinations, diagnoses, and develop and review treatment plans accordingly. • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families. • Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, service summaries, client communication, and discharge summaries. • Collaborate effectively with the Clinical Supervisor, client, client's family, and other staff as needed to coordinate treatment. • Work with other treatment providers and placement agencies. • Deliver psychotherapy services within the scope of practice. • Participate in weekly meetings. Qualifications • Active professional license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC in the state of Nevada • Experience with and knowledge of psychotherapy modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, play therapy). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to build rapport with clients. • 2+ years of experience working as an LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC Benefits • Pay rate at 65% of insurance payout • Assistance with credentialing for all contracted insurance companies • Reimbursement of licensing fee after 6 months of employment • Annual stipend of $200 after 6 months of employment • Paid opportunities for additional team training Company Description Holistic Healing Counseling & Wellness Center, a family-owned and operated mental and behavioral health agency, is deeply committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and individualized care.
