We’re seeking motivated individuals to join us as Field Coordinators to help and drive the success of our projects at job sites across the United States. We have projects in the following cities: Fort Wayne, Dallas, Columbus, Omaha, Washington DC, Phoenix, etc What You’ll Do As a Field Coordinator, you’ll oversee key aspects of construction, ensuring everything runs smoothly on-site. Your responsibilities will include: • Supervising trade work with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules. • Coordinating material delivery and installation across multiple trades. • Monitoring workforce production and resolving on-site challenges. • Collaborating with project management teams to meet project goals. • Contributing to overall project success through strong communication and problem-solving. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking emerging leaders who are ready to take charge and make an impact. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or a related field. • At least one internship in commercial construction. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software. • Strong communication, time management, and computer skills. • A willingness to relocate for new projects and career opportunities. • A collaborative and “team-first” mindset.
