Alignment with the HOALiving Core Values is a requirement of all positions within the organization: • Solution Based • Team Focused • Accountable • Respectful Role Overview The Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation Manager is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across digital and print channels while managing people, projects and brand integrity. This role owns annual marketing planning, ensures timely and proactive delivery of all marketing initiatives and plays a critical role in driving qualified leads into the sales funnel through effective digital marketing strategies. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, people leadership and the ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management • Lead, mentor and manage marketing team members and external partners • Set clear priorities, deadlines and expectations while ensuring accountability • Foster collaboration across sales, operations and leadership teams • Provide guidance, feedback and professional development for direct reports Marketing Strategy & Planning • Develop and maintain a comprehensive annual marketing calendar aligned to business goals • Proactively plan campaigns, launches, events and recurring initiatives throughout the year • Ensure all deliverables are prepared in advance and executed on schedule • Monitor progress and adjust plans as business needs evolve • During onboarding, help define success metrics and performance benchmarks for the first 6–12 months in partnership with the CEO, CBO, and VP of Revenue Brand Management • Partner with the CEO (brand owner) to shape and execute brand strategy and direction across all channels and touchpoints • Ensure brand preservation and adherence across all channels and touchpoints (in alignment with CEO-owned brand direction) • Ensure consistency in messaging, design and tone across print and digital assets • Review and approve marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand standards • Act as a brand steward across departments and vendors Project Management & Execution • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through delivery • Oversee creation and production of print and digital deliverables • Coordinate timelines, resources and approvals to meet deadlines • Ensure high quality standards across all outputs Digital Marketing & Lead Generation • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation and funnel growth • Optimize channels such as website, email, paid media, SEO, social and marketing automation • Partner closely with sales to align campaigns with lead quality and conversion goals • Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve results based on data • Identify opportunities to increase inbound flow and nurture prospects through the funnel Analytics & Performance Tracking • Track campaign performance, lead volume and conversion metrics • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership • Use data to inform decisions, prioritize efforts and demonstrate ROI Agency & Budget Collaboration • Support evaluation and selection of agencies/contractors collaboratively with the CEO and VP of Revenue • Partner with the CBO and VP of Revenue to determine marketing budget allocation and spend priorities • Manage agency/contractor execution against plans, timelines and performance expectations Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience managing people and leading marketing teams • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Demonstrated experience in brand management and creative oversight • Hands-on experience with both print and digital marketing deliverables • Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing and sales funnel strategy • Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve and pivot as priorities change • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Experience • Experience building and executing annual marketing plans • Background working closely with sales teams or revenue leaders • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools • Experience in a fast-growing or evolving organization Success in This Role Looks Like • Marketing initiatives are planned proactively and delivered on time • Brand consistency is maintained across all platforms and materials • Marketing efforts consistently contribute qualified leads into the sales funnel • The marketing team is aligned, accountable and continuously improving • Leadership has clear visibility into marketing performance and impact
