Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager/Super with all projects within the Birmingham/Bloomfield area. The Construction Project Manager/Super will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish. Daily tasks include project coordination, overseeing construction management, budgeting, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications • Experience in Residential Construction Project Management and Residential Construction Management • Skills in Project Coordination and Residential Project Management • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong leadership and communication abilities with clients • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field • Experience in residential construction is a plus • Communication with Main office and other Field Staff • Ability to adhere to construction schedules
