Job Title: Technical Program Manager / Healthcare RCM Employment Type: 3-Month Right-to-Hire (W2 Only, No Third-Party Candidates Please) Location: Remote, within the United States Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) initiatives with a focus on EDI standards and interoperability. The ideal candidate will bring strong program leadership skills, deep expertise in ANSI X12 and CAQH CORE standards, and the ability to work across technical and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities • Act as subject matter expert for EDI healthcare transaction sets (270/271, 276/277, 837, 835). • Lead cross-functional project planning, execution, and delivery. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance and seamless integration. • Define/document business requirements and oversee testing and quality assurance. • Support automation and data integration initiatives to improve workflows. • Track regulatory and industry trends to guide strategy and system improvements. Qualifications • 5+ years of technical program management in healthcare EDI or RCM. • Expertise in ANSI X12 formats, CAQH CORE rules, and healthcare interoperability. • Experience leading projects in Agile/Scrum environments. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Analytical experience in EDI data mapping and validation. Preferred Skills • Degree in a related field. • Knowledge of payer workflows and claim adjudication processes. • Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA). • Experience with API/JSON integrations. • Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, CHAM, RHIA).
