Full Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team as a strategic leader and subject matter expert. In this role, you will do more than just document requirements; you will oversee the analysis of complex business goals and bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business objectives. As the primary liaison between our technical personnel and non-technical stakeholders, you will lead the translation of high-level technology requirements into clear business language, facilitating the adoption of value-added solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities Process Architecture: Oversee, plan, and design highly complex business processes. You will create and maintain architectures for complex domains to ensure they align with our organization’s technology priorities. Requirements & Modeling: Analyze and document complex client requirements. This includes constructing conceptual data and process models, data dictionaries, and volume estimates. Strategic Liaison: Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings with large accounts to gather requirements and explore sophisticated solutions. Project Leadership: Coordinate BA tasks across IT projects, providing time estimates, guidance, and support to team members throughout the entire project life cycle. Quality Assurance: Lead the creation of complex test case scenarios. You will participate in technical reviews to verify that the "intent of change" is successfully implemented. Mentorship: Act as a lead for the department, providing work guidance, input on system modifications, and mentoring to junior personnel. Qualifications Basic Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 12+ years of dedicated experience in business analysis and business processes. Interdisciplinary Expertise: Proven experience working at the interface of IT and functional business groups. Re-engineering: Solid background in business process re-engineering and implementing company value propositions. Technical Foundation: Understanding of computer programming concepts and coding languages. Technical Skills: Proficiency in .Net and SQL. Experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation). Strong background in technical project design and development. Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into client-friendly language. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. Natural leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and interpersonal communication.
