HJ Staffing is seeking a Project Manager Information Technology Senior to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives for a major health system. This is a 100% remote, senior-level position designed for a leader who can navigate the intricacies of a multi-hospital environment and oversee the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to go-live. As a Senior PM, you will not only manage your own portfolio of large-scale projects but also serve as a mentor and supervisor for Junior PMs and Coordinators, ensuring all PMO methodologies are followed with meticulous detail. The Opportunity You will be the driving force behind critical Information System projects, managing budgets, scheduling, and workload planning. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical reality, ensuring that system changes are fully tested, users are expertly trained, and implementations are seamless across multiple ministries and locations. What You Will Do End-to-End Leadership: Lead multiple large-size, enterprise-wide projects simultaneously, following strict PPMO methodologies and maintaining high-quality deliverables. Strategic Planning: Create and manage project charters, detailed project plans, RACI matrices, budget trackers, and GLRA/Change Management processes. Mentorship & Oversight: Provide direct oversight and guidance to Project Coordinators, PM I, and PM II levels, ensuring their projects meet organizational standards. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate planning and design sessions, organize project kick-offs, and report critical path milestones and status updates to executive leadership. Risk & Mitigation: Proactively identify dependencies and risks; develop and monitor mitigation plans to ensure project stability. Clinical Training & Implementation: Partner with IS Training and vendors to ensure user documentation is accurate, training is validated, and "super-users" are in place for successful go-lives. Audit Readiness: Maintain meticulous documentation in appropriate repositories, ensuring all artifacts are ready for internal and external audits. What You Will Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent IS experience). Proof of education is required for submission. Experience: Minimum of 6 years working on IT project teams, specifically in gathering requirements and analysis. Healthcare Expertise: Experience in a large multi-hospital system is highly preferred. Clinical Systems: Direct experience in clinical project implementation is required. Specific experience with Epic or Meditech is strongly preferred. Clinical Background: A background in clinical education is considered a significant plus. Methodology: Proven track record of managing projects of high complexity with minimal oversight. Success Attributes You are a disciplined planner who believes a project cannot move to implementation without a concrete, documented plan. You possess the executive presence to present to Steering Committees and leadership. You are an expert at translating business specifications into user-friendly documentation. Additional Details Location: 100% Remote. Requirement: Candidates must provide proof of education (diploma/transcripts) upon application.
