Title: Senior Corporate Recruiter Overview: Hixen Search Group is leading the search for a Senior Corporate Recruiter for a growing tech focused manufacturing company. The organization is scaling quickly and building the internal processes needed to support continued expansion. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and conduct workforce planning. They will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for target roles. The successful candidate will have a clear path to a Manager role.
