Executive Assistant to the Co-Founders Location: Yelm, WA (within 1 hour) Full-time | High-impact | Growth-focused Why This Role Matters Hitz Products is entering a rapid growth phase and is looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with our two co-founders. This role sits at the center of our expansion across Washington State and into additional states beginning in 2026. This is not a traditional admin role. You’ll help drive execution on key growth initiatives, manage high-level partner interactions, and ensure leadership priorities turn into action. About Hitz Products Hitz Products is a Yelm, Washington–based cannabis CPG brand with multiple indoor and outdoor cultivation facilities and an uncapped production license. Built from the acquisition of Rainier Organics, Hitz is known for organic growing practices, accessible pricing, and the integration of music, culture, and cannabis. Our model is proven. We are now in blitz-scale mode, expanding within Washington and preparing for multi-state growth through licensing partnerships and event-driven brand initiatives. 🎥 Company Story Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9htVgqEz0KY The Role You will report directly to: • Tom (CEO) — ~80% of your time • Nater (Chairman) — ~20% of your time You’ll operate internally and externally with the authority of the co-founders, supporting work across operations, sales, travel, events, and strategic partnerships. Your core responsibility is to track, coordinate, and ensure follow-through on leadership-driven initiatives — keeping projects moving and communication tight. Primary Focus More than 50% of this role will be dedicated to managing and producing “Top-to-Top” meetings between our CEO and senior leadership at key retail partners. This includes: • Scheduling and coordinating meetings using our proprietary Hitz methodology • Preparing agendas and tracking outcomes • Reading the room and capturing insights • Driving follow-up and reporting progress This system has been refined over 10 years in the Washington I-502 market and is central to our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities • Track and report progress on growth initiatives • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events (often alongside the CEO) • Manage follow-ups and action items across teams and partners • Organize initiatives using Trello • Maintain operational data in Google Sheets • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including store owners, budtenders, sales teams, inventory managers, and delivery drivers Requirements • Live within 1 hour of Yelm, WA • 2+ years of Washington cannabis industry experience (within the past 18 months) • Strong computer proficiency (Google Suite, Trello; Cultivera and Headset experience preferred) • Exceptionally organized with extreme attention to detail • Confident communicator with a strong backbone and sound judgment Career Growth & Compensation • Full-time role with competitive pay • Insurance plan options included • Significant opportunity for growth as the company scales This role offers direct exposure to company leadership and meaningful influence on the business.
