Role Overview: As a Channel Sales Manager at HITEC Power Protection, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and channel development. Your role is pivotal in expanding our market presence by managing and nurturing relationships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. What You'll Do: - You will develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - You will identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network. - You will manage and support existing partners to maximize their sales performance. - You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective sales campaigns and materials. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - You will provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. - You will monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. - You will attend industry events and trade shows to promote HITEC’s solutions and build relationships. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in the power solutions or industrial technology sector. - Proven track record of managing and growing channel partner networks. - Strong understanding of power protection products and related technologies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Diesel Rotary UPS systems or similar power protection technologies. - Established relationships within the power solutions industry. - Experience working in international markets or with global partners. - Advanced certifications in sales or channel management.
