Role Overview: As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding HITEC's market presence by developing and managing relationships with channel partners. Your role focuses on driving sales growth through strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional support to our sales network. What You'll Do: - You will identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network. - You will develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - You will provide training and support to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities. - You will collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns tailored for channel partners. - You will monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize channel effectiveness. - You will manage partner relationships to ensure alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction. - You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and facilitate smooth operations. - You will report regularly on channel sales activities and market trends to senior management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the power solutions or industrial equipment sector. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel development. - Strong understanding of sales processes and channel management best practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Diesel Rotary UPS or similar power protection technologies. - Established network within the power solutions or industrial equipment industry. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Multilingual abilities or experience working in international markets.
