Your Background Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or training content development. Proficiency with e‑learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring, EasyGenerator). Advanced PowerPoint design and visual storytelling skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. Skilled communicator and collaborative partner. Preferred: Video editing/graphic design skills (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite), LMS experience, SCORM/xAPI, and accessibility knowledge.
