How you make an impact Lead strategic Marketing and Sales for Transformer Insulation & Components, in alignment with GPG/BU strategy. Contribute to market-driven business strategy definition and translate mid-long term strategy into concrete M&S actions, initiatives, and programs, with appropriate segmentation and go-to-market approach. Continuously monitor leads, opportunity, and pipeline generation. Holistically oversees Insulation & Components marketing and sales strategy implementation, including boost programs, market coverage, and product-line sales plans by product, geography, segment, and accounts; ensure sales training, competences and processes and tools to drive customer service levels and customer experience. Define, develop, and deploy M&S transformational growth initiatives, ensuring proactive mindset, and effective set-up of customer-facing and support functions, including cross- and upsell capabilities. Drive and support E2E digitalization initiatives. Drive homologation efforts, account coverage and proactive positioning of product portfolio, and design and deploy appropriate M&S campaigns in salesforce, social media, tradeshows, and exhibitions. Regularly review market and technology trends and act as interface between external market and internal functions (e.g. Global Product Management, Sales, Operations, and R&D). Build bridges within GMU and wider M&S community to exchange news and updates, best practices, and success stories. Drive organizational capability to manage key accounts and multi-year supply agreements, anticipate and respond to customer requirements, and increase capability for lead generation, opportunity qualification, tendering and quotation at speed and at scale.
