How You’ll Make an Impact Lead strategic IT infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. Collaborate with technical teams to define scope, requirements, and solutions. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting. Monitor progress and ensure governance across all phases. Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests. Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment. Drive successful outcomes in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 15+ years of experience in formal IT infrastructure project management (PMO). Proven success delivering IT projects in a matrixed organization. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of Waterfall methodologies with Agile execution capabilities. PMP Certification required. Network and industrial construction experience a plus. 10% travel required Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
