How You’ll Make an Impact Lead and manage high-priority product security incidents across global teams. Coordinate response efforts with engineering, support, legal, and customer-facing teams. Act as the primary escalation point for leadership and external stakeholders. Mentor and develop a team of incident responders and analysts. Build and deliver product-specific threat awareness and training. Collaborate with vulnerability management and disclosure teams. Enhance incident response playbooks and tooling. Embed incident learnings into product development processes. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field. Minimum of 6 years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in incident response. Proven leadership in managing security teams and complex incidents. Strong knowledge of incident response frameworks (NIST, ISO, MITRE ATT&CK). Experience with OT/ICS, connected devices, and cloud-integrated solutions. Excellent communication skills for executive and customer briefings. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
