Hardware Development Engineer – Onsite in Milwaukee, WI Client is looking for a talented Hardware Development Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of industrial automation. In this role, you’ll take on the challenge of designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge electronic components, integrated circuits, mechanical systems, and equipment that drive operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, presenting technical insights and project updates to peers and stakeholders. Your creativity and analytical skills will be key as you tackle complex problems and develop innovative solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible. What You’ll Do: • Design, develop, and test electronic and mechanical systems, components, and integrated circuitry. • Evaluate material properties, production techniques, and system reliability to ensure quality and performance. • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project goals. • Present technical findings and project progress to peers, management, and stakeholders. • Analyze complex challenges and develop effective, creative solutions. • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware development. • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems creatively and effectively. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Join Client and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of industrial automation.
