Yes, 40 hours per week Full time on site, job cannot be performed remotely Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Technician II to join our Returned Product Analysis Intake Lab team. In this role, you ll be responsible for receiving, cleaning, and documenting receipt of returned, explanted medical devices. Your work will directly support our commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous product improvement. What You ll Do • Receive, inspect, and document returned implantable medical devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, and leads • Perform cleaning and decontamination of products in a biosafety level II (BSL-2) laboratory environment, following strict safety and quality procedures • Record device details and case information accurately in electronic systems • Identify and communicate potential product complaints to internal quality and complaint-handling teams • Package and prepare devices for shipment to manufacturing and analysis partners • Maintain lab equipment, cleanliness, and organization to uphold safety and compliance standards • Partner with Analysis teams to ensure consistent, high-quality documentation What You Bring • High school diploma or equivalent required & 2+ years of relevant work experience • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation • Comfortable working in a BSL-2 lab environment with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications • Self-motivated and dependable, with strong communication and teamwork skills • Previous experience in a laboratory, medical device, or regulated environment preferred What This Role Offers: • A steady, predictable routine with clear goals each day • A collaborative team that shares the workload and supports one another • Work that directly contributes to patient safety and product improvement • A structured environment where focus and consistency lead to success
