This is a remote position. Audio Visual Events National Sales Manager (US - Remote) Overview: Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced National Sales Manager to lead sales growth through new business development and the management of existing client relationships. This role focuses on expanding market share and revenue in the rental and staging industry by identifying opportunities for equipment sales and fostering long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for sales success. Key Responsibilities: • Drive business growth by converting prospects and current clients into repeat customers for new equipment purchases. • Build and maintain regular contact with clients to identify and maximize sales opportunities. • Consult with clients on product selection, accessories, and add-ons to meet their needs. • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Utilize CRM tools to track prospects, manage client pipelines, and report sales activities. • Provide market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategy recommendations to leadership. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Logistics teams to ensure seamless client experiences. • Serve as an advocate for clients, anticipating and resolving potential challenges. Requirements Qualifications: • Required: • 3–5 years of proven experience in new product sales and/or field sales. • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. • Preferred: • 5+ years in business development or field sales, preferably in the audio-visual (AV) industry. • Technical certification or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Skills and Competencies: • Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of integrity and professionalism. • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details: • Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. • Travel up to 50% is required; candidates must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance. • Occasional work in warehouse environments may be required. • Must be able to lift over 10 lbs.
