Overview This role is a strategic partner to our clients, focused on growing and enhancing business relationships. This role is responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, expanding account value, and driving client success through innovative solutions and consultative engagement. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing overall relationships and driving strategic initiatives. Develop and implement strategic account plans that outline growth strategies, critical success factors, and recommendations for enhancement. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products and services. Lead client meetings and presentations to drive engagement, adoption, and business growth. Analyze client data, business trends, and market insights to inform strategy and uncover opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Implementation) to ensure clients receive maximum value. Participate in client onboarding and transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of services and early realization of benefits. Monitor competitor activity and market trends within client accounts, positioning our solutions for maximum impact. Build long-term partnerships and advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their evolving needs are met. Contribute to the development of new products and services by relaying client feedback and market intelligence. Travel Requirement: Travel: As required. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in account management, sales, or related field (experience with large/complex clients preferred). Proven track record of revenue growth and account expansion. Skills & Knowledge: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to solve complex problems and customize solutions for growth. In-depth knowledge of account management practices, market trends, and business development. Competencies: Strategic Thinking: Develops and executes plans to grow and enhance client programs. Consultative Selling: Identifies client needs and recommends tailored solutions. Business Acumen: Understands market trends, competitor activity, and business drivers. Relationship Building: Establishes trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders. Influence & Negotiation: Persuades clients and internal teams to adopt new ideas and solutions. Analytical Skills: Interprets data to inform decisions and identify opportunities. Presentation Skills: Delivers compelling presentations effectively influencing customers to expand their partnership, invest in new solutions, and grow their market share with us.
