This role is ideal for an HR generalist with strong leadership skills and a background in construction, traffic services, or industrial field operations. The role will oversee all aspects of human resources including employee relations, compliance, staffing, training, and HR strategy execution. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary HR leader for the region, supporting and guiding multi-site operations • Lead and execute HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and workforce planning • Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and drive organizational success • Ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of HR policies, legal standards, and best practices • Provide coaching and HR support to site managers and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities • Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel, ensuring employee engagement and responsive HR support Qualifications • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership capacity • Background in construction, traffic control, industrial services, or other field-based operational environments • Comprehensive HR generalist expertise, with solid knowledge of employment law, benefits, compliance, and employee relations • Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel regularly across the region Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Spanish • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
