Title: Business Development – Digital Marketing Services (Sales / Revenue Leader – Not a Marketing Role) Compensation: $110,000–$140,000 base + commission + performance incentives Location: U.S. (Remote / Hybrid acceptable) The Role (Read This First) This is a pure business development and sales leadership role. We are not looking for a marketer, strategist, campaign manager, CMO, founder, or agency owner. We are hiring a proven digital marketing services seller — someone who has personally closed deals, carried a quota, and built revenue by selling SEO, PPC, web development, and lead generation services. If your background is primarily managing campaigns, leading creative teams, or “aligning with sales,” this role is not a fit. What You Will Own • Full ownership of new business revenue for our Digital Marketing Services • Personally prospect, pitch, and close new clients • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline • Sell performance-based digital marketing services: • SEO • PPC / Paid Media • Web Development • Lead Generation • Conduct discovery calls, strategy sessions, and sales presentations focused on: • ROI • Growth outcomes • Long-term partnerships • Close five- and six-figure service engagements • Develop and refine: • Sales messaging • Pricing strategy • Packaging and positioning • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting • Partner with delivery teams after the sale (but you are not responsible for execution) This Role Is NOT • A marketing leadership role • A campaign execution role • A brand, content, or social media role • A people-management-only role • A founder / CEO / CMO position You will be judged primarily on revenue closed.
