Job Description: • Establish and lead a high-performing team that drives government-focused products from conception to launch to growth • Define and prioritize product strategy, roadmap, and requirements with focus on compliance, security, and interoperability with government systems • Build partnerships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and technology partners to influence product direction • Represent the voice of government customers and ensure alignment with mission-critical objectives • Partner with sales leadership to define go-to-market strategies tailored for federal, state, and local agencies • Set pricing strategies in collaboration with licensing teams, considering government procurement standards and budget cycles • Monitor market trends, compliance mandates, and competitive solutions to maintain leadership position • Define and track key performance metrics, measuring success through adoption, user satisfaction, and ROI for government clients • Mentor and develop a team of product managers, fostering expertise in government technology solutions Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 12+ years of experience in government-focused solutions or public sector technology • 10+ years in executive VP or senior leadership level • Experience working in the public sector is a strong plus • Strong understanding of government procurement models, compliance frameworks (StateRAMP, FedRAMP, HiTrust, DoD, CJIS, NIST), and regulatory mandates • Demonstrated success launching complex, secure, and scalable solutions for government agencies • Exceptional ability to communicate with government stakeholders, internal teams, and partners • Proven leadership experience building and mentoring high-performing teams • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, global teams Benefits: • 401(k) Retirement Savings • Flexible Schedule • Paid Time Off • Medical, Dental, Vision • Volunteer Paid Time Off • Wellness Reimbursement • Paid Parental Leave • Sabbatical Program • Eligible for benefits and bonus Apply tot his job
