#IND123 Job ID 22387 – Client Service Support Analyst Location: Fully remote, must be local to Tampa Required onsite quarterly for town hall meetings/as needed Pay: $62,000-$65,000 Type: Direct hire Schedule: Career outlook: Benefits include 401k with match Job description: • Serve as the operational subject matter expert, supporting service delivery and resolving customer inquiries through deep understanding of internal processes. • Generate, analyze, and distribute client-specific reports including monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc data requests. • Provide education and guidance to clients and providers, ensuring clarity on processes and system functionality. • Investigate and evaluate disputed claims, identifying root causes related to system configuration, processing, or contractual issues. • Collaborate cross-functionally to address operational errors, recommend process improvements, and support special projects requiring detailed research. Nice to have: • Working knowledge of SQL • JIRA • Experience or certification in medical billing and/or coding a plus. Requirements: • Must have recent experience in health plan or healthcare services • Ability to learn SQL queries • Must be MS Office proficient • Must be analytical, proactive, solutions and improvement focused, with strong attention to detail • High school diploma or equivalent • Background check required • Drug screening required
