Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical & Service Lead Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in leading technical operations, supporting dealer networks, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to business growth across North and Central America. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership capability and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before shipment to ensure quality, safety, and functionality. • Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support at customer locations. • Deliver remote and in-person technical assistance to EIKTO dealers across the U.S. • Develop and conduct comprehensive technical training programs to enhance dealer service capabilities. • Participate in meetings with dealers and distributors to address technical matters and strengthen partnerships. • Support the development and implementation of aftersales policies and service procedures. • Act as a mentor and “playing coach” for dealer technical teams, fostering continuous improvement. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product improvements based on customer feedback and market insights. • Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with strong problem-solving skills. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical/service role, preferably within: • Material handling industry • B2B industrial equipment distribution • HVAC, manufacturing, conveyor systems, or similar sectors • Strong expertise in troubleshooting industrial electrical systems and equipment. • Proven leadership and communication skills. • Experience developing and delivering technical training programs (preferred). • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across North and Central America. • Proficiency in English required; Spanish fluency is a strong advantage.
