Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Our client is pioneering the advancement of artificial intelligence What You Will Be Doing Leverage the latest AI advancements to enhance the efficiency of complex annotation tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. Analyze and communicate model evaluation results and insights from complex datasets to clients in a clear and efficient manner. Develop and refine processes for delivering critical information to stakeholders in the most effective way possible. Ensure data integrity and usability for training large language models by thoroughly understanding and applying safety and helpfulness guidelines. Explore and contribute to the development of interactive tools and products that improve the communication of annotation instructions and guidelines. What You Will Need Experience in building and designing web products with a focus on user-friendly interfaces for data exploration and analysis. Passion for solving complex problems and contributing to the development of safer and more effective AI models. Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growing team with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
