Location: Valencia, Spain, or remote (similar time zone) Reports to: Vice President of Product Focus: Net Revenue Retention (NRR), account expansion, adoption, and ROI at scale What We Do TraceAir - #1 Platform for the top US Homebuilders and Land Developers. We combine software, drone data, and geospatial analytics to streamline construction workflows, reduce costs, and improve decision-making across site development, land acquisition, and market analysis. Trusted by leading homebuilders, TraceAir delivers practical, end-to-end solutions that drive efficiency, transparency, and profitability. Join TraceAir and help shape the future of construction technology, delivering measurable value to customers at scale. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to drive account expansion, adoption, and realized value across existing TraceAir customers. This role is not focused on building new core end-user workflows or owning a feature backlog. Instead, it is a highly business-oriented product role focused on scaling revenue and value within existing accounts. You will design growth frameworks, run experiments, and turn product usage into clear, defensible ROI for both customers and internal teams. You will sit within the Product team and work closely with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure strategic alignment and measurable impact. This role requires strong domain understanding (construction, drones, GIS, geospatial analytics) and the ability to operate through influence rather than formal authority. What You Will Do • Design growth frameworks and decision models that enable account expansion • Structure, execute, and iterate on growth experiments tied directly to NRR • Leverage existing systems (Mixpanel, Totango, Salesforce, etc.) to synthesize insights • Translate product usage into actionable ROI narratives for customers and internal teams • Partner closely with GTM teams to identify adoption bottlenecks and expansion opportunities • Validate insights through customer conversations and interviews, primarily with U.S.-based customers What Success Looks Like • NRR consistently improves against defined targets • Accounts expand from using TraceAir on a few projects to most or all projects • ROI is clear, credible, and actionable at the project, account, and enterprise levels • GTM teams have a shared, data-driven view of account health, adoption gaps, and expansion signals • Growth initiatives move from hypothesis → experiment → result → scaled execution Key Responsibilities • Growth Frameworks & Enablement: Design scalable frameworks and processes that empower GTM teams to drive adoption and expansion. Define how account health, adoption gaps, and expansion signals are identified, prioritized, and acted on. • ROI & Insights: Develop practical ROI models by synthesizing usage, engagement, and account data. Ensure ROI is understandable and credible both internally and externally. • Experimentation & Measurement: Structure growth experiments to test adoption and expansion hypotheses. Focus on fast validation, measurable outcomes, and repeatable approaches. • Internal Tools & Systems Guidance: Define requirements for dashboards, reporting, and internal tools that help teams operate efficiently at scale. This role is about smart integrations and insights, not building complex standalone products. • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Act as a connector across Product, Sales, and Customer Success. Drive initiatives through alignment, trust, and data rather than formal ownership. • Metrics & Reporting: Own NRR-related metrics, including projects per account and revenue per account. Build clear reporting structures that support executive decision-making. Must-have skills & Qualifications • Experience: 5+ years in product management, growth, or related B2B tech roles; experience in construction technology, GIS, CAD, UAS, or surveying preferred • GTM Enablement & Frameworks: Proven ability to design frameworks, processes, or systems that empower CS, Sales, and Account Management teams to drive adoption and expansion • Data & Analytics: Skilled at turning usage and engagement data into actionable insights and ROI models; experience with Mixpanel, Totango, Salesforce, Tableau, Gong; familiarity with AI/advanced analytics a plus • Experimentation & Iteration: Experienced in structuring growth experiments and using results to inform scalable strategies • Process Design & Automation: Ability to create repeatable, scalable workflows that enable teams to act efficiently on insights • Strategic Execution & Influence: Strong strategic thinking, independent execution, ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a manage-up mentality • Project Management & Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and delivering on tight timelines • Availability & Time Zones: Willingness to occasionally work in U.S. time zones for customer calls and collaboration. Why join TraceAir? • Work on mission-critical construction technology used by top U.S. homebuilders • Own initiatives that directly impact revenue, adoption, and ROI • Operate in a highly collaborative environment with strong informal leadership culture • Make visible, measurable impact within your first months • Help shape how TraceAir scales revenue across its growing product portfolio Application deadline: ASAP. Please note that the later you apply - the more intensive your selection process will be, for example, you will have less time for the test assignment, etc. 1.
