Why This Role Matters This is a pivotal leadership role for a creative, strategic, and business-minded professional ready to shape how a brand is seen, felt, and experienced. As the Brand Manager, you’ll own the full brand and product lifecycle—from vision and design to development and quality execution. You’ll play a key role in transforming the brand into a household name while leading a talented team across brand strategy, creative, merchandising, and product development. What You’ll Do • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a cross-functional team spanning brand, product, and quality control. • Build and evolve the brand’s visual identity and tone across all touchpoints to ensure consistency and impact. • Develop and execute merchandising and content strategies that elevate product presentation and strengthen brand positioning. • Oversee new product development, leveraging data and market insights to identify opportunities and launch successful SKUs. • Partner with sales and marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies across channels including DTC, marketplaces, and wholesale. • Implement and uphold clear quality control standards, ensuring all products meet performance, design, and safety benchmarks. • Establish scalable frameworks and processes that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and brand consistency across teams. • Cultivate a culture of ownership, agility, and continuous improvement within the team. What You Bring • 4+ years of leadership experience in brand and product management within a high-growth consumer goods or eCommerce environment. • Proven track record in building and scaling successful brands across digital and retail channels. • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, sourcing, and quality assurance. • Experience managing onshore and offshore teams. • Skilled in brand storytelling, merchandising, and creative direction. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving. • Familiarity with systems, tools, and processes that drive operational excellence. • A passion for great design, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
