Junior Project Manager Represented by Hire Talent Baytown, Texas Our client is a well-established and reputable, employee-owned soft craft and construction services company. The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-disciplinary projects. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to build a career in project management within the construction and industrial services industry. Key Responsibilities • Support the management of scaffold, coatings, insulation, and fireproofing projects from initiation to completion • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, logs, and change orders • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders • Participate in job site visits and inspections as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field • Internships in construction or soft craft services are a plus • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Project Management software is a plus • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed What We Offer • A unique opportunity to be part of an employee-owned company • Mentorship and training from experienced project managers • Career growth and advancement opportunities • Competitive compensation and benefits package • A culture of safety, integrity, and teamwork
