Sales Manager Canton, MI Sales Manager Requirements: • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in material handling, industrial equipment, or construction sectors • Sales leadership or management experience, with a track record of leading teams to success • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets while guiding and motivating sales teams • Strong proficiency in CRM systems, sales coaching, and negotiation techniques • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory Sales Manager Description: • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing outside sales team to maximize individual and collective success • Drive revenue growth and increase market share across the assigned territory • Manage sales pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts, and track key performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded • Support strategic key accounts and personally close high-value opportunities • Collaborate closely with operations and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer results WHO WE ARE Choosing the Hire Road is about shared success, active and committed partnerships and relationships that last.
