Job Summary People Data Analyst – HR Analytics West Coast Preferred Hire Evolution Consulting Contract, Full-time Remote | West Coast Preferred • Overview: Seeking a data-driven professional to support the HR People Analytics team during a leave of absence coverage. This contract role focuses on employee-related data — including recruiting, promotions, headcount, and attrition — and requires strong technical expertise in data visualization and analytics tools. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and usability for HR leadership. • Build and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze workforce data. • Deliver clear and actionable insights through reports and data storytelling. • Handle confidential and sensitive employee data with the highest level of integrity. • Manage cyclical reports and ad-hoc analytics independently in a remote setting. Required Skills: • Tableau expertise – proven ability to build dashboards, create filters, and design visualizations. • SQL proficiency – comfortable writing and editing queries for data extraction and analysis. • Experience working with HR or people-related datasets or Healthcare and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. • Strong analytical mindset and self-sufficient work style; able to manage projects independently. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Databricks or similar data engineering tools is a strong plus. • Background in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Healthcare Analytics environments. • Familiarity with large-scale or complex data systems.
