Own code quality through thoughtful reviews, maintainable architecture, and proactive technical debt reduction. Collaborate with Product and Design during discovery to define MVPs, validate feasibility, and drive customer-centric solutions. Coordinate with backend, data, and platform teams for seamless integrations and aligned execution. Mentor engineers and promote best practices in design, testing, CI/CD, and team rituals.
