Coordinate cross-functional meetings, report on key actions, and drive accountability for follow-through across all assigned R&D programs. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, highly regulated settings. PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience developing or optimizing PMO structures, governance frameworks, and portfolio management tools. A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset that thrives on driving clarity and results amid ambiguity.
