They will perform regular data reconciliations and work closely with cross-functional partners to maintain compliance with changing state requirements.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of seven years of experience in credentialing or analyzing operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines while working with large data sets are essential.

About the Role: The Credentialing Analyst will be engaged in all aspects of credentialing of healthcare professionals. This includes onboarding new providers, assisting in resolution of issues facing current providers, and ensuring all providers have current certification and licensure. The Credentialing Analyst will report to the Credentialing Manager and collaborate frequently with Provider Operations leadership. The Credentialing Analyst will have 7+ years of experience working in a fast-paced credentialing environment. This individual will have strong written and verbal communication skills, use organized and structured thinking, work cross-functionally effectively, and have the ability to self- manage deadlines - all skills necessary in maintaining the operational foundation of a growing credentialing program. A successful candidate will have experience working in developing, documenting, and maintaining new processes. This individual will be comfortable working in spreadsheets, querying and manipulating large data sets to perform reconciliations, performing audits, and monitoring performance dashboards. They will build with scale in mind: constantly finding and executing on opportunities for improving workflows and has demonstrated success managing cross-functional process improvement projects from conception to completion. You Will: Ensure all new and existing providers possess the required credentials and licenses to operate compliantly and safely on the H&H platform, that these are documented accurately, and work with providers to ensure that these credentials are kept up to date. Perform regular data reconciliations to monitor credentialing related data integrity between multiple provider data management systems. Own the licensing process for the associated medical group by working externally with a third-party service provider to apply for, track, and obtain additional licenses for members of the care team Working closely with Credentialing Manager and cross-functional partners to perform research and develop updated processes and policies to maintain compliance with changing state requirements for licensing, credentialing, and collaborative practice agreements. Provide coverage to team members who manage, resolve, or escalate credentialing related support issues through ZenDesk. Identify common themes and develop processes to improve the provider experience. Coordinate and deepen relationships with external third-party service providers to analyze, iterate, and document processes, providing recommendations for improving efficiencies for licensing and credentialing. Audit files to verify compliance with NCQA, state-level, and internal requirements for providers to practice through the H&H platform. Work cross-functionally with the Recruiting and Provider Success teams to streamline and support credentialing processes related to provider onboarding. Work with the Credentialing Manager to analyze, recommend improvements, lead projects, and continually strengthen the credentialing program. You Have: Bachelor’s Degree preferred and a minimum of seven (7) years experience in credentialing and/or analyzing and reporting on operations and metrics Experience analyzing and reporting on the operations and metrics of credentialing Be comfortable navigating data platforms to independently query, manipulate, and reconcile large data sets to ensure data integrity across multiple systems Experience in leading cross-functional process improvement projects Ability to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines; with the ability to re-prioritize as needed. Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed. Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Google Suite, and Internet use. Experience applying for and obtaining licenses for healthcare professionals (preferred) Knowledge of credentialing accreditation regulations, policies and procedures, and NCQA standards (preferred).
