***This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA*** The Senior Strategic Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in enabling Hilton's Marketing & Loyalty organization to deliver integrated customer-centric campaigns at a global scale. In this role you will drive global marketing campaign excellence and orchestration. You will serve as a senior cross-functional orchestrator responsible for driving alignment, consistency, and performance across the campaign lifecycle. The Senior Manager elevates campaign management from executional coordination to a strategic enterprise capability, ensuring predictable delivery, stronger decision-making, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director, Global Marketing Strategy, Operations & Program Management, you will operate with influence and autonomy. You will partner closely with leaders across Hilton's Marketing & Loyalty organization, as well as agencies, to enable end-to-end campaign excellence. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Lead the orchestration of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns across regions, agencies and business units, supporting acquisition, retention, revenue, and brand objectives. Act as a senior integrator across strategy, creative, media, CRM, digital, analytics, brand and technology teams to ensure cohesive execution aligned to enterprise priorities. Establish clarity on roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and decision rights within a matrixed operating model for effective campaign execution. Drive disciplined campaign governance through structured weekly reviews, including milestone tracking, performance checkpoints, issue resolution, and decision documentation, ensuring clear accountability across functions and regions. Partner closely with regional marketing leads (Americas, APAC, EMEA) to balance global standards with local market needs. You will facilitate weekly alignment to manage localization requirements, creative development, and execution readiness without compromising strategic objectives. Identify systemic gaps or inefficiencies in ways of working and lead improvements in process, governance, and collaboration. Coordinate across a range of stakeholders to ensure effective campaign implementation according to defined strategic intent Champion and standardize the campaign excellence approach and operational process to ensure consistent adoption across teams How you will collaborate with others: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, providing campaign progress, risks, trade-offs, and performance. Facilitate cross-functional forums, reviews, and working sessions to drive accountability. Shape alignment and momentum through strong storytelling. Partner with teams within Hilton and across agencies to ensure campaign workflows, integrations, and activation approaches are efficient and scalable. What projects you will take ownership of: Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign status updates, roadmaps and timelines for various levels of the organization. Lead campaign kick-offs across all agencies, functional, brand and regional marketing teams. Lead structured post-campaign reviews and ensure insights are captured, shared, and applied to future initiatives. Identify, document and manage campaign dependencies and risks across cross-functional workflows. Enable leadership visibility into campaign impact and performance trends across the enterprise. Ensure campaign strategies, assets, targeting, channel mix, and measurement align with defined objectives and customer strategy. Act as a senior marketing generalist capable of translating across disciplines and aligning execution to outcomes. Understand and drive adoption of AI tools and methodologies to increase operational efficacy. WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications: Seven (7) years of work experience in Marketing Strategy, Operations, Campaign Management or Project Management. Four (4) years of experience managing the execution of integrated plans or campaigns in a large, matrixed organization. Understanding of how multiple marketing functions work (analytics, technology, creative, media, CRM) and best-in-class integration in a modern marketing environment. Experience shaping alignment and momentum through clear storytelling at various levels of an expertise. Travel 5% Work from McLean, VA office It would be useful if you have: Experience presenting to groups in person and via phone. PMP or Agile certifications. Experience operating independently and pursuing innovative solutions. Experience working with creative teams and supporting complex creative projects. Knowledge of digital, traditional, and social creative methodologies and specifications.
