As a Marketing Confirmation Specialist you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Liaison between front desk and marketing representatives. Point of contact (POC) for the front desk for any reports of no-show, not qualified, or show no tour. Responsible for assisting with the timeshare virtual tour journey from launch call when required to ensure a smooth recovery of tour should, they need to be relaunched, rescheduled, or reiterate the tour qualifications. Proactive resolution and problem solving to resolve challenges prior to launch of tour. Responsible for assisting front desk with any tour that is unable to tour due to no sales representative available. Able to handle incoming and outgoing customer-related calls and coordinate efforts professionally with the front desk and marketing team. Audit tours prior to tour day and / or time to ensure they were properly coded in the system and meet all required qualifications. Able to “launch” customer calls to a sales representative when required. Monitor multiple reports to coordinators’ bookings are aligned and properly logged, this may include listening to live calls from the marketing and front desk team.
