This role will be required to be onsite in our McLean, VA office Job Summary: Opportunity to serve as a partner in advancing digital initiatives within Hilton Supply Management's Digital Solutions team. As a strategic and hands-on analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for digitization and automation, and helping shape the digital roadmap. You will collaborate across teams to analyze workflows, recommend tools, and support project scoping for process redesign and system improvements. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in digital product management who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving operational efficiency through innovative digital solutions. Responsibilities: • Lead discovery efforts by conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, and mapping current-state business processes across multiple functions • Translate process analysis into actionable recommendations to drive operational efficiency and business growth • Support the design, execution, and evaluation of pilots and proofs of concept to validate digital solutions against defined business objectives • Help evaluate and implement new digital tools or platforms in alignment with new and optimized processes • Document business requirements and process flows in clear, stakeholder-friendly formats • Partner with category management, account management, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment and execution of process improvements and digital projects • Help prioritize digital initiatives in partnership with stakeholders by driving business impact assessments and developing business cases • Support planning, development, and execution of a digital transformation roadmap • Manage vendor relationships and software evaluations • Enable successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization Skills: • Self-starter with strong organizational abilities and ownership mindset • Initiative, energy, and proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results • Ability to achieve results in ambiguous or fast-paced environments • Digital product management or digital product ownership expertise • Strong business process analysis, mapping, and redesign capabilities • Willingness to try new approaches, iterate quickly, and focus on solutions that deliver tangible business value • Creative problem-solving skills for complex challenges • Strong communication and documentation skills with ability to articulate technical and nontechnical requirements • Teamwork and active listening abilities • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing organizational requirements • Sound judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate costs and benefits of potential actions • Ability to assess, document, and improve workflows in cross-functional environments • Experience gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders across business functions • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel Experience: • 5 plus years of experience, ideally with exposure to digital transformation, IT modernization, or systems implementation • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms such as Procure-to-Pay platforms, Power Automate, Salesforce, ERPs, and similar systems • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay and related technology solutions is preferred • Exposure to low-code or no-code automation projects is a plus • Experience with business process modeling tools is beneficial • Experience working with transformation or consulting teams is advantageous • Understanding of change management or continuous improvement methodologies is desirable • Procurement or Supply Management experience is preferred Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on digital transformation initiatives within a leading global hospitality organization.
