Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Hilton through Talent Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Talent Solutions and will not be an employee of Hilton. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to provide comprehensive administrative support within a dynamic environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills while contributing to the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Working under direct supervision, you will follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and support various departmental functions. Responsibilities: • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendar management • Compose, format, and distribute memos, correspondence, and other business communications • Research, compile, and create professional presentations for various audiences • Generate reports and maintain accurate records and documentation • Handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting established deadlines • Prepare, process, and monitor invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance • Assist with the compilation and development of annual budget materials as needed • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation retention Skills: • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in scheduling and calendar coordination • Competent research and presentation development capabilities • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work products • Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Professional telephone etiquette and customer service orientation • Ability to work independently within established guidelines • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in an administrative or related field • Knowledge of commonly-used administrative concepts, practices, and procedures This position provides an outstanding foundation for building a successful career in administrative support.
