What's the role? The Large Projects Supply Planner will be responsible for executing established inventory and stock reservation processes to support Large Projects. This role will ensure data accuracy in enterprise resource planning systems, maintain stock reservations, stage materials according to project timelines, and escalate risks or exceptions to senior team members. What does the role involve? • Follow established processes to plan and manage inventory levels that support project timelines. • Execute material staging strategies according to project execution phases and plans. • Enter, maintain, and update reservations and outbound shipments in enterprise resource planning systems with accuracy and timeliness. • Escalate any inventory deviations, shortages, or risks to team leader. • Maintain accurate project-specific stock reservations. • Release and allocate materials based on approved stock reservation instructions. • Resolve routine reservation conflicts using established guidelines. • Ensure system accuracy through frequent reviews and audits. • Provide clear updates on material availability and order status to stakeholders. • Flag potential risks during reporting early and escalate for resolution. • Support team and other stakeholders with data collection for reporting and analytics. • Follow documented procedures and standard operating procedures. • Participate in process audits and recommend improvements. • Contribute to digital transformation efforts in line with Global Logistics strategy. • Additional duties upon request. What you need is: • Associate’s degree, technical diploma, or relevant work experience, required. • Bachelor’s degree, preferred. • One (1) year experience in supply chain, inventory, or order management, required. • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks independently, and escalate appropriately. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
