What You’ll Bring • High School Diploma or GED, required • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment, preferred • Direct or indirect leadership experience, preferred • Literate in personal computing, moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, preferred • Detail oriented, thorough, accurate, organized, productive with the ability to seek and understand cause/effect of a given situation • Exceptional math skills involving decimals and fractions • Power equipment skills (forklift, pallet jack) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self- responsibility • Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity and practice innovation • Dependability a must • Capable of prioritizing project pick/pack/ship • Flexibility in work schedule required • Willingness to travel to support HNA distribution network, preferred Legal Notice Hilti, Inc is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
