Marketing & Communications Associate THE IMPACT We're looking for a creative storyteller who will be the driving force behind promoting Hillwood's extraordinary educational programs, growing our membership community, and showcasing our unique museum shop offerings. Your campaigns won't just inform—they'll inspire visitors to engage more deeply with the legacy of Marjorie Merriweather Post and experience all that our 25-acre estate has to offer. Without you, our innovative programs might go unnoticed, our membership growth could stagnate, and the treasures in our museum shop might never find their perfect homes. You'll be the connector between our mission and our community, ensuring every campaign resonates with our diverse audiences across digital, print, and earned media platforms. WHAT YOU'LL DO As our Marketing & Communications Associate, you will: * Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns that make people stop scrolling and start planning their visit to Hillwood * Partner with our Membership, Interpretation and Museum Shop teams to craft compelling stories that connect our collections to contemporary audiences * Write engaging content that brings Hillwood's history to life across websites, emails, social media, and print materials * Track campaign performance and share success stories that demonstrate your impact on attendance and revenue goals * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping campaigns on schedule and stakeholders aligned WHAT YOU BRING * You've successfully managed marketing campaigns from concept to completion, preferably in a museum, educational, or nonprofit environment * You write compelling stories that connect with diverse audiences—from art enthusiasts to families planning their weekend * You're comfortable with email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and social media management tools * You excel at juggling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines * You collaborate effectively across departments and can translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content * You bring 1-3 years of relevant experience and a creative, proactive approach to problem-solving ABOUT US Hillwood Estate, Museum & Gardens is deeply committed to fostering a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace where all voices are heard and where staff and visitors of all backgrounds can be inspired by the life of our founder Marjorie Merriweather Post.
