Director of Admissions and Marketing Wage Depending on Experience! Turn your job into a career with Evergreen Healthcare Group! Job Summary: Hillsboro Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for a community relations professional to be our Director of Admissions and Marketing. The ideal candidate will establish working relations/referral sources within the community to market Skilled Nursing Facility Services. Essential Functions: • Direct, develop, and implement advertising and promotion activities and publicity materials including print and electronic media. • Work with other departments in implementation of activities that further external communications efforts. • Actively seek opportunities to promote Center. • Prepare or direct preparation of public relations releases, special brochures, newsletters, advertisements, etc. • Develop, oversee, and coordinate event planning. • Manage the Community Relations Operating Budget Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: • Ability to set the benchmark for branding and consistent creative excellence in the field. • Ability to interact effectively either as a leader or as a member of a team, work collaboratively with other departments and outside contacts. • Organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to implement and monitor progress for successful completion; work well under pressure and deadlines. • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities. • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. • Strong computer literacy skills.
