Full Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Manager Assistant / Funding Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Sales Manager and team. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment. A marketing background and strong customer service mindset are essential. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the team across administrative, client, and marketing functions. Key Responsibilities Client relationship management: Maintain strong, ongoing communication with new and existing clients. Documentation coordination: Work with clients and vendors to obtain required documents for financing requests. Financial submission support: Organize and submit financial packages to the processing team. Database management: Maintain accurate records of new, active, and closed clients. Marketing campaign creation: Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive new business. Vendor outreach: Communicate with new & existing vendors via phone and email Social media management: Oversee and grow the company’s social media presence. Software utilization: Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), DocuSign, Smartsheet, OneDrive, and other tools to streamline workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office High typing accuracy and speed; proofreading or transcription experience is a plus. Professional phone etiquette and polished communication skills. Comfortable with making cold calls to obtain new vendor relationships. Strong task‐prioritization abilities, especially under tight deadlines. Customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication. Spanish‐speaking ability is a plus, as it supports communication with a broader client base
