Your Future Team Egan Wealth Advisors is a private financial advisory practice that provides comprehensive wealth management, investment and long-term planning services to our clientele of families, small business owners, retirees, divorcees, widow(er)s, and high-net-worth individuals and families. As their trusted advisors, we help clients navigate complex financial challenges with solutions tailored to their circumstances. Our high-touch services are designed to support client's current needs and help them make informed decisions for the future. What You'll Do • Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries and requesting prompt professionalism. • Input client data and support the financial advisory team with comprehensive financial plans. • Manage performance-reporting software and asset allocation programs. • Perform a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to answering the phones, greeting guests, and handling correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail. • Organize and maintain important client documents, files, and records. Ensure easy access to critical information when needed. • Maintain accurate records and databases, entering and monitoring data with precision, and providing support for CRM reporting and related activities. Using software programs such as Salesforce, Box, Fidelity/Wealthfront. • Gain exposure to the financial service industry. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Wealth Advisory Business and RIA field. • Create monthly reports and assist with data analysis, client reporting, and portfolio review. What You'll Bring • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field • Experience using Salesforce CRM • Must be available to work on-site Monday through Friday • Availability to begin a 10-week internship in May or June 2026 Compensation • $23.00-$25.00 hourly Hightower's Story Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations.
