Your Future Team As a Senior Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with the accurate onboarding and termination of accounts related to advisory fee billing. You will report to the Manager, while also working closely with two analysts. You will play a pivotal role in executing processes and protocol, while working closely with other departments, as well as cross-functionally to execute the team's goals. Together, this team will support ongoing reporting & analysis, account terminations, and integration activities. This team will also help manage risk, integrate new advisor teams, enhance financial controls, and contribute to the achievement of the organization. What You'll Do • Compile quarterly termination analyses to identify and remediate accounts eligible for refunds. Communicate findings to advisor teams and prepare supporting documentation for final assessments. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with advisor teams to ensure alignment and support across the termination process. • Assist with processing of account terminations, ensuring precise calculations and processing of fees and refunds for clients. • Perform billing test runs and conduct detailed analyses for onboarding advisory businesses, ensuring accurate establishment of fee attributes and proper system setup • Respond to advisor team inquiries regarding billing and provide resolution. • Maintain accurate and organized integration and billing onboarding/termination records, supporting documentation, and audit trails to facilitate internal and external audits. • Support project-based initiatives by ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout all phases of the project. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and innovation. • Assist in governing, adhering, and reporting on internal controls and procedures to maintain regulatory standards, ensure compliance, and reduce errors. Track and support remediation.
