Lead strategic sales and marketing efforts, develop membership and revenue targets, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the health insurance market.
Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years health insurance experience, 5 years sales leadership, state-specific Producer License, strong stakeholder relationships, and marketing experience.
Job Description: • Develop and implement sales and/or retention strategies for the entire HNAS footprint • Lead the strategic planning sales efforts for the market • Develop the overall membership and revenue targets within the market • Ensure the sales and marketing success of the TPA business • Develop and execute strategic sales plans • Provide strategic leadership to the Sales, Account Management and Client Service team • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with critical internal and external stakeholders • Partner with and influence internal leadership teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • 5-7 years of health insurance industry experience • 5 years of sales leadership experience • State specific Producer License (Life, Accident & Health) required or obtained within 45 days of hire • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (preferred) • Strong relationships with key external stakeholders (brokers/Consultants) in PA, DE, WV, NY and/or CA market • Experience Selling to large Self-funded Customer • Marketing experience Benefits: • Health insurance • 401(k) matching • Paid time off • Remote work options
