Housekeeping Operations Assistant Location: Denver, CO Employment Type: Full-Time (Sunday–Thursday, 10am–6pm) Company: StayReady by Highline About the Role StayReady by Highline is seeking a Housekeeping Operations Assistant to support our fast-paced short-term rental portfolio — including residential vacation homes, boutique hotels, and glamping sites across Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and high cleanliness standards in the hospitality industry, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience managing or working alongside short-term rental or hotel operations teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our properties meet StayReady’s elevated cleanliness and presentation standards. The position blends field work—property inspections, cleaner support, and training—with internal coordination of scheduling and housekeeping systems. Key Responsibilities • Conduct daily property walkthroughs (QC checks) to ensure all units meet brand standards. • Identify cleaning or presentation issues and coordinate prompt corrective action. • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new cleaners. • Support the development and rollout of training systems and field manuals. • Maintain balanced staffing coverage and assist with scheduling. • Provide cleaners with supplies, access, checklists, and real-time troubleshooting. • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams to ensure seamless turnovers. • Monitor and respond to Slack communications with clients throughout the day regarding housekeeping operations and logistics, delegating items to the appropriate internal team member or department as needed. • Uphold cleanliness, efficiency, and operational excellence across all housekeeping functions. Requirements • Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality housekeeping, or hotel operations. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality-control mindset. • Proven ability to train, coach, and support cleaning staff. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Comfortable using operational apps and software (Breezeway, Guesty, or similar). • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between properties. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
